Returns Within 14 Days - If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within the first 14 days of purchase, you may return it for an exchange, store credit in the amount of original purchase, or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). With the exception of special orders and seasonal gift items, those sales are final. All items must be returned in unworn, unused and in perfect condition, with the original tags attached or in the original undamaged packaging. We encourage using FED EX, UPS or Priority Mail insured for proof of delivery as we have had items lost. If your item is not insured and gets lost in the mail, unfortunately, you will be responsible for the charges of that item. Shipping costs for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
